Bambini was founded with love, vision, and purpose by Ms. Jeyalatha Martin, a passionate educator and an inspiring leader with over 33 plus years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Her dream was simple yet powerful—to create a space where children feel valued, nurtured, and inspired every single day. Bambini is that dream come true.

At the heart of Bambini is Ms. Martin’s unwavering belief that the early years are the most crucial in a child’s life. Her vision serves as the guiding force behind everything we do. Her ability to truly connect with children is exceptional—don’t be surprised if you find her giggling on the floor, crawling through play tunnels, or narrating stories with animated expressions. To the children, she is one of them; to the team, she is the soul of Bambini.

Ms. Martin is an avid reader of children’s literature, a gifted storyteller, and a strong advocate for positive, hands-on learning experiences. Her mantra, “Hold on to your dream and make it possible!” has been her guiding light since childhood—and it’s the spirit she brings to Bambini every day.

She has held key roles in various reputed institutions, and is currently pursuing the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Learners (CIDTL) to continually raise the bar at Bambini.

She has carefully built a team of dedicated, like-minded educators who share her commitment to nurturing each child’s unique potential. Every child at Bambini is lovingly called a “Bambi”—a reflection of the deep personal bond she shares with each one.

Beyond her role as an educator, Ms. Martin is a devoted homemaker and a proud mother of two remarkable young women. She embodies the spirit of the New Age Woman—balanced, driven, compassionate, and always dreaming.
